The Cheesecake Factory is a popular American brand, which has been operating for several decades. During that time it won favor with millions of fans in America and also the Middle East. The Cheesecake Factory beginnings date back to the 40th of last century, when Evelyn Overton found in a newspaper recipe that inspired her to bake her own cheesecake. Everyone who tasted it loved delicious dessert flavor and therefore Evelyn decided to utilize her confectionery skill in business. But due to her two young children she began very modestly – she baked cheesecakes in the basement of her house and delivered them to restaurants in the town where she lived. In 1972, she already had children grown up that she decided to fully devote to her business. With her husband she moved to Los Angeles where they spent all their life savings, opened The Cheesecake Factory and started delivering them to restaurants throughout Los Angeles. It didn´t take a long time and Evelyn had to invent other flavors of cheesecakes and within months they baked over 20 varieties. In 1978 their son David opened a restaurant in Beverly Hills, California, named it The Cheesecake Factory restaurant and attracted guests to delicious desserts that melted on the tongue. Success came very fast and in a while, many new restaurants were opened - today there are already over 200 The Cheesecake Factory restaurants. In these restaurants you can taste cheesecakes as well as pizzas, sandwiches, glamburgers, snacks, steaks, pastas and many other dishes .
