If you love Mexican food, you certainly heard at least once (or even visit) a great chain of Mexican restaurants called Taco Time. The first branch of the "spicy" restaurant was opened in 1959 and its owner was Ron Fraederick - he located the first restaurant Taco Time near his alma mater, the University of Oregon. Three years later Fraederick opened the first franchised Taco Time, and within 10 years there were nearly 50 of these great restaurants. Nearly 20 years since the foundation of Taco Time, its first international office was opened in Canadian Atlanta. In 1979, the northwestern branch separated and the brand Taco Time Northwest was established - it operates independently of Taco Time and operates its own franchise system. Today you can visit more than 300 branches Taco Time throughout the Canada and the United States. You can taste everything from burritos and tacos through quesadillas and salads to fabulous nachos. And both in the form of take away, as well as dine-in and drive-through.
